Everything about this tea from the cultivar to the notes scream of uniqueness. This is a Second Flush Darjeeling White Tea made from a rare cultivar called Bhime.
The Leaves are Completely Sun Dried. It has a readily identifiable capsicum aroma and spice notes. The brew is extremely smooth and bold. The taste lingers with a very mild astringency at the end along with some black pepper notes.
